Przekaż informację zwrotnąGood service, but the food was wrong. I ordered the Steak Omelet and asked no potatoes in the Omelet. Of course it came cold and super filled with hash browns. It was also boiled and very dry. My better half eats them in this way and had asked to cook it well and dry. I didn't. Your Omelet was cold too. The waitress brought her both well done and dry after the entrance she had delivered. I also asked for extra butter for my 3 pancakes. See photo below.... I got a tiny sip. Not worth the visit. This place has a bad administration and they can not seem to get a simple order right. See photo below of my pregnant with potatoes omelet.
Service: 1-star, really slow. We waited for our food about 40 minutes. I think our server was new? Not necessarily an excuse because there are 4 servers and 3 families, never busy. Every utensils, cup, was visibly dirty. Server waited like a falcon for the last invoice w/ tip. We were in 45 minutes. Menu: 1-star, the IHOP menu is extremely limited at this point. I counted three appetizers, Omelettes, pancakes and some burgers. Kitchen: 3-star What we received was boiled and the right attempt for food safety. Eating looked good. He could hear that he easily browses the servers to destroy customer orders.
I got my food by 8:30, there were only 6 other people in the restaurant, among them we, probably saw 12 different workers, I ordered my steak medium rarely when I got it an hour and a half later it was boiled to the point where it shredded, they had forgotten my eggs and forget my pancakes (both came with the meal), I sent my steak back and said,
I work nearby, so I usually run by to eat something at least weekly. I've never been mad at the quality of the food itself, but this place has to stop providing curbsid pickup if they have no intention of ever bringing it out. I would also recommend checking your togo order before leaving because 9 times from 10 they leave a product.
20 minutes for drink order and an hour waiting for food that was cold. Service was really bad but the manager was very polite and understanding. The staff carried dirty trays that dripped all over our newborn baby and we had to stir hot coffee with our fingers. If it weren't for the manager I would not return
