Carnival Eats - South Charleston

On Wednesday (8/10), while driving through, I stumbled upon this restaurant and I am so glad I did. It was a refreshing change from the usual dining options. As I perused the menu, I found myself indecisive about what to order until a lovely young woman with gauges approached me and suggested trying their burger. I took her advice and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The food was uniquely tasty and the service was extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning soon.

My mother had been looking forward to trying this place for a very long time. We were able to make it there today, and we got two corn dogs and one order of fried Oreos. The corn dogs were burnt. They also were basically just giant hot dogs with just a little bit of the corn part. Not what I would expect from a carnival. The fried oreos were okay, but didn 't have much taste. Also, they were a little chewy. Very disappointing visit after anticipating how good this place would be.

We were like grown kids at the carnival. Big menu, lots to choose from and we ordered like 1/2 the menu! Omg! Everything was spectacular!! Lauren Areiona we’re the most pleasant and helpful. We Ashe’s them to surprise us with the toppings on our cotton candy burrito, they out did themselves and it was fantastic! Hoping to make it a stop on our way back through to Michigan! Thank you for everything!!!

This restaurant is truly amazing! There are so many options to choose from, it felt like being a kid again. It was just a lot of fun! We even got a menu for takeout casseroles as well.

The restaurant is cozy, but the staff was very welcoming. The food was exactly as you would expect from a place with a name like that, carnival/fair food. My girlfriend had the Philly cheesesteak and I had a pork BBQ with coleslaw. Both were excellent. We also enjoyed some large soft pretzels and she got a funnel cake to take home. It's not the cheapest place, but the quality is worth it. We will definitely be returning.
