The Pho I had was amazingly tastefully authentic, cooked by a Vietnamese cook and not watered or simply made from a package as I have seen before. The Jumbo bowl size is generous, lots of meat and noodle I just wish they added some cartilage and more cattle balls. Beef is freshly cut, not frozen as many. Otherwise, the taste is on site and the price is very fair. I was at another Pho place on the coast; cost me about $20 for half the amount... I also checked the Banh mi and I was surprised with the baguette size. Most Vietnamese places invite a liver and offer half of the baguette. very happy.
A simple location vietnamese style takeaway shop that only next to myer center bus stop. They sell all kinds of Vietnamese foods including Pho, Rice and Rolls.
Nice eating. I have the stuffed bark meat with noodles. the suppe tasted homemade and there was a good ratio of Rinds-Nudel-Vos soft carrots. they gave the rich broth a refreshing. good taste, strong sternanis smell. sitting is like sydney food courts, where you can easily sit in any one you can find to squirt next to strangers.
If you are looking for Vietnamese food, this place is acceptable. There are pho, noodle, rice and spring roll. Dish is quite small, but it is city, could not wait anymore.
I came during the lunch time rush. They staff were efficient and I ordered a couple of items. The bbq pork roll was yummy. Heaps of meat, herbs, chilli and crispy bun for $5! The roast pork noodle salad was a let down though just wasn’t tasty and the pork skin wasn’t crispy. I asked for a plastic bag because my hands were clearly full and I had just bought a couple of items from them. They wanted to charge me 10c but hesitated and eventually didn’t. I offered to pay but they said next time they’ll charge. They said I should carry a bag with me (trying to sound all righteous). I don’t like it when they make a big deal about it. If you’re so environmentally conscious, stop serving things in plastic. If Foodora gets a bag to carry food, why can’t you give your own customer a bag if they’re buying multiple items?!
