Poor and slow customer service, not large Mexican foods lacking taste, there is no chimichangas. that will not recommend anyone.
I came to an early dinner with friends, but the company was much better than eating. the beef enchiladas were dense and tasteless, it felt very unpleasant to eat. the only thing I liked at the court was the tear that was light, cingy and spiced. chips and guacamole were decent. I don't think I'd come back because this restaurant seems to be a bit of a tourist trap, and since such is quite overpriced. I would not say that the high price tag is justified by the quality of food.
The atmosphere is beautiful, it is covered, but quite busy. eating is okay, nothing very special. the nachos order last time and was satisfied with taste, fresh and portion, but cocktails were meh and overall the menu is overpriced.
Bring your big wallet Decent mexican food, with generous portion sizes. They used to have decent chilli sauces but have reverted to the standard El Yucateco (which, interestingly is no longer a radioactive green colour as they have adopted only natural colourings As per most of the South Bank restaurants, this one is priced for the tourists. The lunchtime burritos are a bit more affordable at $14, and better than your standard Guzman y Gomez variety. The beef enchiladas are very tasty as is the pulled pork nachos (but for the latter, bring your appetite) Please bring back the El Cielo sauces!!!
