Subway - South Bay

I went there at 9 and ordered 3 cold cuts on white. the first two went fine minus her toasting one without being told to. Went to get the third for myself and there was one white bread left which i thought was perfect, just enough for my order but then she saw there was one left then she refused to serve it to me because ‘there’s a regular customer that usually comes around that time and she wants to leave it for them’ like really? that customer wasn’t there, i was. refusing to serve a customer because someone MIGHT be coming for it? If it was already paid for or reserved, i’d understand but I had to go home hungry all because someone Might be coming. I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel this was absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service, cured my subway craving right quick.

I like this one better than most. Its cleaner and has a nice layout.

Food is still great as well as the staff, but prices are getting out of hand! $18.00 for two 6 subs and two bags of chips. Nuts!

First off, I had to order a sandwich I didn't want because they were all out of what I ordered. My wife and kid split a 12 , and when the server handed my kid the sandwich, half of it fell out of the loose wrapping, onto the floor. I asked if I could get another 6 because it fell out of the pack and they said I'd have to pay for it because they didn't drop it. I'm pretty sure if I was at McDonald's and a burger fell off my tray as soon as I picked it up, they'd replace it. Anyway, I ate a sandwich I didn't want, my kid was all upset, and my wife went back to work hungry because she was too displeased with the service to order again.
