L'etranger - Sofia

A rather sophisticated experience, with a sense of tradition and quality and especially personal and friendly service. This also reflects the interior and there are no exterior seats. The lunch menu is an option that deviates from the menu a la carte and contains two options for salad/soup, main dish and optional dessert, with the full price option costs 30 lev and the salad/soup main dish 25 lev.

A real jewel in downtown Sofia! It is a small cozy place where you get personal attention, excellent food and fine wine. The atmosphere is really French and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The desert was not the best, but overall I would regain L'etranger to anyone I know. PS. Better make a reservation before you go, there are only a few tables.

I was twice and loved the food and service. Guests can enjoy a visit and wait for the opening.

Wonderful experience. Food is honestly superb and the service is very professional. We had an amazing Malbec wine, the tapas including incredible homemade cured duck, sun dried tomato and olive pâté etc. The rib eye steak and the duck leg confit were very well cooked. And for dessert we tried the lavender brûlée it was served just like in France. Overall very nice atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Would definitely be going back!
