Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I could have ate two five finger plates and two orders of cheese curd bites. Call and told the manager to cheer on her crew. They all need to be recognized. Outstanding customer service. Go Zaxby's in Smyrna, TN. Do I get a free chicken finger plate for all of this complementing LOL?

Normally the food is good, but this particular visit it was BAD. Food tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp all day. Fries...hard and stale. Chicken...hard and stale. Bread...stsle stale.

Sweet tea came half full. Tried to chard a whole credit card 25 cents cause I asked for honey mustard for a kids meal. Knowing kid?s dislike zax sauce. Kid?s opening and laughing all in my face at the window being immature. Already disliked bell rd antioch location lets add smyrna industrial blvd to the list too.

Had to repeat order several times, seems the young lady was busy listening to someone else. Sine Zaxbys doesn't seem to season fries anymore, we always ask for extra ... one word--stingy!! See photo
