Fantastic value for lunch! The ambiance is delightful and the service is excellent. I often visit for business lunches, and you really get your money's worth. The chicken is delicious, and they offer a great selection of sauces and salads.

I parked at 12:15 and was seated by 12:20. We ordered our drinks, but then our server asked us to switch tables. After we got our drinks, we placed our food order, but we didn't see our server again after that. So, we ended up leaving.

We visited this restaurant three times, and each time, the service was frustratingly slow. However, today was the breaking point for us. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given the busy atmosphere. But once seated, we waited another 15 minutes without a single server acknowledging us. Four different staff members walked by, yet none checked in on us. I approached one server to find out who our assigned server was, and while she hesitated before answering, she eventually confirmed she would check on us—yet nobody ever came to take our order. Instead, she continued to drop off boxes at a nearby table and created a commotion. Although we enjoyed her wings and found the food decent, we have decided not to return.

Our server, Rob, was fantastic—he's the only reason this place gets two stars. Unfortunately, the food we received was cold and not at the proper temperature for safe consumption. The chili on the Mexican Sombrero Burger was nearly at room temperature and inedible. The Popcorn Shrimp basket was also cold when it arrived, and after we sent it back, it came back dressed but still didn't meet expectations. At least the shrimp was improved upon its return. The broccoli, which we didn't even order (it came with the shrimp), was subpar. The experience was disappointing overall. The manager was present but seemed unable to facilitate the flow of food from the kitchen, and the servers appeared to lack direction.
