Taco Bell - Smyrna

I absolutely love this location! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any app issues, even during busy times. Plus, the food consistently tastes fantastic!

They made a mistake with my special order burrito, but unlike many fast food places, they caught the error and informed us right away. They asked us to pull around while they fixed it, and when they brought our order, they generously included a few extra tacos for free. They truly went above and beyond. Out of all the Taco Bells we visit, this one consistently delivers excellent service and food.

I attempted to order delivery from this restaurant using both GrubHub and DoorDash. The GrubHub order seemed to have disappeared, as they claimed the delivery was made, but it never arrived. Meanwhile, the DoorDash driver informed me that the staff said they weren't receiving any orders at all. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this taco place.

I ordered through the Mobil app to help make ordering easier. But when I got there to pick it up there was a female working the window. She didn’t say a word to me or my boyfriend and when she handed us our food we almost dropped it because we didn’t fully have ahold of it and she let it go. She then proceeded to shut the window on us. And once we got home I realized that we were missing a whole thing of fries and we didn’t receive any sauce which I had ordered.

Seriously this place needs NEW MANAGEMENT that cares or just close the location.No way that people are this lazy, unable to comprehend, or just don't give a care.It's called customer service!!! Provide customer with the best service you can receive.It's a fast food restaurant.People are only asking for their order to be correct. The extra bonus is your courtesy or going above and beyond.This place never has food... or people at the window that can place napkins or sauces in bag.Don't understand!!!!
