Had a great experience with Simply Thai. We didn't even know it was there. For those who are familiar with La Vergne/Smyrna, it is thrown back behind the Tractor Supply. There are a small number of shops and it is the left corner business. We ordered a variety of things to get a feeling for their food. We ordered fried eggplants and they were from the eggplants. Our server, Richard asked if we wanted to replace Zucchini instead. I think they used the precut zucchini for other dishes because they were small half slices. That was okay, not a big replacement. We tried two of the sushi reels, the Avacado and Tofu reels. Both were tasty, and we were pleased that the restaurant used reusable chiffel instead of disposable wood. My husband ordered the pineapple curry and I got Padthai, both with Tofu. The curry was great. The sweet, creamy texture was excellent. The server did not ask for a spicy level, but it was perfect. The padthai was good. So glad it didn't have the orange-like taste I met with other restaurants. Both had great taste and portion sizes. Our server, Richard, was very pleasant and attentive. Although we only drank water, our cups have never emptied. We had a conversation about the taste of pad-thai and he told me some of the flavors she used. That was great for me. We'll be back soon. Update April 2019: returned tonight, tried crispy tofu appetizer, roasted rice with tofu, and drunk noodles with tofu. Everything was good. Only the problem was a special request that was forgotten, and since it was not a big problem, we didn't care. We will still return.

This place is so buried and hidden... If you find it, you'll feel like you've stumbled a Leprechaun's sting. The food is spectacular, the restaurant is clean, INCLUDING the bathroom, it is affordable, the staff is very cool, and my 10yo son has enjoyed it so much that he immediately declares that he has his birthday dinner here. Make sure you ask for the sushi menu, because this is not always provided, and the special roles they make are where this place really seems.

They had great food and reasonable prices. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be going back.
