O'charley's - Smyrna

Our first visit was fantastic, and we even considered making it our regular spot since we're moving nearby. However, our second visit didn't meet our expectations. I left a comment online, and the general manager called me to express his concern and understanding. Because of his response, we decided to give it another chance. I'm happy to say that our most recent visit was just as wonderful as the first one. Thank you, Steve, and the bartender who served us! We truly appreciate the warm hospitality!

The hostess, Ms. Michelle, deserves a 5-star rating all on her own. We visited on two consecutive days while passing through town, and she was the most genuine and kind person we encountered.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! With a party of 26, the two servers who attended to us were absolutely phenomenal. Our drinks were always full, and they ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was excellent, and the manager even came by to check on us. Overall, this was the best dining experience we had during our time in the Nashville area. We were very impressed!

The food here is consistently great. I always get the Chicken Tenders with fries. The only downside is that they place condiment packets directly on the food, which I'm not a fan of.
