The food being so well seasoned and well cooked is almost compromised by the questionable portion sizes and price points of some items. Almost. This place is still worth a stop because they do prepare a lot internally: there are not many shortcuts taken.

People! People! People! Let me tell ya! Get in this place! Cabbage! Greens! Spicy chicken fried steak! It's all good. And it ain't none of the out of can **** that someone just tried to doctor up! Sorry! All I had to show was my clean plate, but it's just like that some times.

Yum. The mac and chees is incredible I could eat an entire pan. Mashed potatoes and chicken fried chicken were also very good.

Feel Good Food!!. We ate here for the first time and the food was outstanding for all of us! Everything on the plates were cooked fresh to order and had such good flavor. The owners are extremely sweet and friendly, they made us feel like family! I highly recommend the meatloaf and the catfish if you are having trouble choosing one of the many plates they offer!

Fantastic!! The red beans and rice were delicious as was the cabbage! I also had ox tails which were great and on the next trip I will have Chittlins!! I'm gonna keep coming here!!
