M E's Donut Palace Kitchen - Smyrna

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a little girl. My grandpa would take me there on Sundays and treat me to half a dozen doughnut holes while we picked out doughnuts for everyone else and he grabbed his dry cleaning next door. I lost both my grandparents in the past year, and this is one of the few places left in Smyrna that holds those precious memories for me. The family that runs this place is truly wonderful and serves the best quality food, made with love. This restaurant will always have a special place in my heart, and I can't wait to start bringing my daughter there soon!

A fantastic local place for fresh donuts and baked bread. You can choose to dine in or take your order to go. Milk and soft drinks are also offered.

The customer service is outstanding, and the donuts are incredible! My top choice is the bacon maple glaze. They also offer delicious biscuits and gravy!

Delicious, homemade donuts! They have become a must-have for early morning meetings and weekend indulgence. I highly recommend their cake donuts, but honestly, everything they've got is fantastic.

The experience was nothing extraordinary; the donuts are just homemade. The muffins don’t have enough sweetness for my liking. If you're hoping to try the kolaches, it might be best to arrive very early, as they are usually sold out by the time I visit.
