Buffalo Wild Wings - Smithfield

With someone getting cut right before we ordered, we expected service to be a little off. But this was pretty bad. Cold food, late drinks. My main issue is that I ordered a drink, didn 't like it and returned. Nothing on the menu nor my waiter told me that alcohol was nonrefundable. So I was charged $9 for a drink I took one sip of. As I mentioned, if it 's nonrefundable, that 's one thing. But don 't exclude that when I tell you I don 't like it and ask you can I get somthing else instead . And then tell me afterwards, well you could of tasted it first ...taste a mix drink? Just a little more transparency would of been better on the customer service side.

The bartender appeared to be either tired or rude, but the food was fantastic. They even made a custom sauce for us, which was well done. The drinks were average, although a Long Island Iced Tea should ideally be made with cola instead of Pepsi. The prices were very reasonable. The restaurant also stays open late, which earns them a good rating.

The service was excellent. A special shout out to Damien, who was a fantastic waiter. He was very friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious, and I will definitely be returning. I brought my son here to celebrate my birthday.

This restaurant is not recommended. Avoid.
