White Swan Bbq - Smithfield

This used to be hands down one of the best BBQ places in NC. Now it is inconsistent and at times some of the worst BBQ you can fin almost anywhere. Food can be twice fried warmed over, frozen that has been rewarmed. It's something to eat that's all you can say. But if you want a typical Eastern NC BBQ experience. Keep on trucking.

This place is a historic little diner on the top of the hill of hwy 301 in Smithfield. White swan BBQ has been in business for as long as I can remember. I enjoy their BBQ sandwich combos, or chicken, and seafood. This place has a nostalgic feel to it. I enjoy eating here... Mr. Parker has a great business with a great crew that keeps this place hopping. All their food is delicious and fresh. Swing by and grab a bite if you can you have no clue what you are missing. Parking: If you can't park in the front there is room in the back or on the side of the property near the little motel. Wheelchair accessibility: Usually up front or on the side.

Very old established BBQ Resturant. I have been eating here for many years. Great food and service.

Nice place, busy, we just beat the lunch rush. Super fast service. I'm still not used to NC BBQ but this will be a good place to go when I'm in the neighborhood.
