Mcdonald's - Smithers

Great customer service, the manager was really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great pancake breakfast!

Very busy but they were an efficient crew this time so I am completely changing my review, good job folks and thank you for a quick visit and great McDonald's lunch

I wish they were 24 hours I have a lot of family that has to travel through Smithers late especially camp workers and truck drivers no where to get a hot meal at night even 711 stops serving at 11pm. Also the food after 8pm always tastes stale and reheated.

When I picked up breakfast the lady taking my money was pleasant but the woman who handed me my food didn't even look at me as she passed it through the window. As I always check my food before I leave a drive thru, I sat at the window for a few moments. She then looked at me and wished me a good day. At least my order was correct so I was only annoyed at the lack of interest in my business. To top it off, the edges of my English muffins were burnt.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The location is convenient for travelers looking to take a quick break from the highway. The seating area is clean, bright, and cheerful. The restrooms were basic but well-maintained. While the food service was not particularly quick, it's worth noting that many fast-food establishments have slowed down recently.
