Dairy Queen - Smithers

I am utterly disgusted by the way my friend and I were treated at this restaurant. I simply asked for a glass of water for her little brother and was met with a rude response that I should have asked at the drive-thru instead. The tone of the customer service worker was extremely disrespectful. What is even more appalling is that the adult employees were also acting unprofessionally. I have been a loyal customer and have never had an issue with younger employees. I have a recorded video of my interaction with the manager who not only laughed at us but also encouraged his team to mock us. I can confidently say that I will never be returning to this establishment.

Sat on dq and as soon as we got our blubbards, they were unorderly and melting. we asked for lids to prevent chaos further, and the big guy seemed to move that I asked for lids. When he came back into the window, he came through, she woke up my side of the driver. the terrible service to say the least, but I kept my cool and left. I do not recommend this special dq

Stopped in for a traditional Blizzard fix after camping for a week. Received the Blizzard with adequate fillings, but no where near what we were used to at other DQ's. Service was quick. Facilities not spotless, but tidey. Next time I will ask for more...toppings and see what happens!

I stopped here and it was late afternoon about 2:30pm. The cook took an already cooked burger patty threw it on the grill for about 20 seconds. Slapped the burger together and put it in the microwave to heat up. I was disgusted, I hate my meat microwaved. I should have told them I wanted my money back right there, but I was so angry I didn't. I will never eat there again and will tell everyone I know about this. If your cooking flame broiled hamburgers, cook them that way, not microwaved because its not a busy time of day.

Food is too oily or sugary where applicable. If you are driving through and spot couple of vehicles in front then u are in for some good half an hour. Staff needs morevtraoning and better product knowledge. Fries are too oily always. Tried pomegrate smoothy and it was no way near the standard.
