The Sidings is a casual restaurant serving simple but tasty dishes. It offers various appetizers desserts of the day that are reasonably expensive. I enjoyed my Steak burgers and chips that came at a price of €11.50. The servers were nice and the facility is clean and well furnished. Altogether a great evening, eating atmosphere wise.

The Siding's Restaurant appears to be Sligo's best kept food secret. Food is great, lovely presentation and portion size and decent prices. Well worth a try if you haven't been here yet.
