Sweet Beat Cafe - Sligo

We got the bircher porridge which was delicious and a generous portion, and a blueberry muffin. I also got an amazing and massive chocolate cookie! I omitted one star because we brought our baby and the place wasn't really accommodating to him in any way. It's a shame because they have a kids' menu so I thought it would be. I'd still probably go back...

We stopped into this veggie cafe for a quick bite before heading on up to Donegal. There is a good selection on the menu and the food itself was decent enough. Lots of Gf Ve treats (the chocolate salted cookie is divine) and also had a selection of smoothies (didn’t try any of these though). Would recommend if you were in the area but maybe not as a destination itself.

Massively recommend this cafe… huge fully vegan menu, loads of different options, chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. It has indoor and outdoor seating, sweet treats and takeaway. The granola was really nice and the cheese toasty was one of the best vegan toastie a I’ve had! Definitely worth a visit!

I had a fantastic Portobello Sandwich, a must visit if you're in the area!
