The beignets were just okay; nothing compared to those at Café Du Monde, but that’s a tough standard to meet. Food: 1, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.
Meal Type: Lunch Price Range per Person: $10–20 Food Rating: 3/5 Service Rating: 3/5 Atmosphere Rating: 3/5 Recommended Dishes: Seafood I had lunch at this restaurant and found it to be an average experience overall. The prices are budget-friendly, ranging from $10 to $20 per person, which is reasonable. The food was decent, but it didn't stand out to me—hence the 3 out of 5 rating. The service was also just okay; it was neither particularly attentive nor slow, but it lacked that extra touch of friendliness. The atmosphere was comfortable, but nothing remarkable. If you decide to go, I would recommend trying the seafood dishes, as they seem to be the highlight of the menu.
We have much better shrimp and grits back in Minnesota, a place without shrimp and Cajun culture.
Not good at all Shrimp po boy was very salty Gumbo was not good also Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was really good. With the exception of a couple plating errors. The waiter, could have done better. I would have liked to have had a tea refill. It was very hot and stuffy. Which I am pretty sure is why the wait staff and cooks looked so miserable and uninterested Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
