Taqueria Habaneros - Slidell

Ordered a chicken quesadilla $10) and chicken enchiladas $12). The chicken was extra flavorful but a bit scarce on the enchiladas. The beans were good but the serving was too small. Chips and salsa were not offered for free. There was no lunch menu. Their spicy salsa is fabulous if you like it super spicy like I do. I will go back for the spicy salsa and try a different dish.

Very disappointed after the reviews we read. It was very misleading. The food didn?t have much flavor, and it was a bit stale. My food was lukewarm at best. We ordered quesadillas because that is all my girls will eat and they will eat them from just about anywhere! They REFUSED to even try them and when we finally convince them to try ONE bite they would NOT eat another. I don?t usually leave reviews good or bad but because we chose this place because of the reviews I thought I needed to let people know about our experience.

I really enjoy my food and services. Fast, clean and my waitress Niyah was exceptional experience in the menu and services.I will be back and I will bring a friend.

Food was good, chips were stale, nachos , tacos, cheese dip were all ok. Salsa was watery and did not have much flavor. Homemade hot sauce had some kick! Over all the visit was good.

Food was very good, but i was surprised i was charged $1.00 for limes when i asked for some... $1 for a quarter of a 30cent lime unreal. I heard they also charge for chips and salsa.$2.. if they are going to nickel and dime everything, they should tell you before or put it on the menu... which is about 25% higher for everything than the menu on their website. Pretty easy to swap out a new picture of their menu. Food was good.. service good too.
