Bridge View Tavern Beer Garden

After a day of touring, we worked up an appetite. Nice views and more importantly, great food. We sat in the beer garden. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. Pet friendly. They brought a tin of ice cubes and water for the dog patron! He was pleased! Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

I had lunch at Bridge View Tavern, yesterday... and I have to say it was great. My guest and I ate in the beer garden... which was a nice, beech like atmosphere with an opaque roof (that's why my picture has a blue tint to it! . I had the bacon jam chicken sandwich with garlic fries... the sandwich was exceptional! This place is about an hours drive for me... but, the sandwich was worth the trip! The garlic fries were also delicious... and unique. I wish I had more time and lived close enough to uber home... as the beer selection was pretty extensive (and not just IPA's... many lagers, stouts, pilsners, etc . The owner, Tara, stopped by our table and was very friendly and welcoming. This is a very nice spot... if you're in the neighborhood (or close , you should definitely give it a try.

Great ambience friendly staff and delicious bites at the bridge view Taverne right on the edge of the Hudson with great views. The sandwiches were generously cut, cooked and seasoned well, and offered a variety of flavors. Great place for lunch or dinner when you are in the area and look for a casual family-friendly location.

Delicious! We went on a weekday so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. We were also served right away and our server was very nice and attentive. I got the bacon jam chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! I was a little worried about the slaw because it has habaneros and those usually make my tongue feel numb, but this time it was just tasty with a tiny bit of heat. The cider was also super good, tasted like fizzy apple juice.

The atmosphere is fantastic! The hostesses are very pleasant. A special shout out to LeeAnn. Our server, PATTI!!! WOOHOO!! The best server in town, it felt like we made a friend in the process!! Our food was excellent but meeting this amazing staff made the experience even better. -Trish Rich
