Mulino's Of Westchester - skytown

Went to Mulino's for our Holiday dinner. Worse place ever. I made a reservation for 12 people at 5pm and they sent me a text stating 4pm for 21 people. I called them because this is the second time they could not get the reservation correct. Spoke with the manager and he said he fixed the reservation. Some of the party arrived and they were told the reservation was for 4pm not 5pm. I called and spoke with the manager and he said he will take care of it. We were seated at a table that the table cloth was dirty with crusted food on it, when we told the waiter he said it's covered. We asked for the manager and the staff including the manager gave us an attitude about changing the linen. We all placed our orders and the food was horrible. One of my coworkers spoke Italian to the manager and explained all the issues. He stated if we are so unhappy we can leave. She told him is that what he really wants and not try to fix the issues we have? He stated he will give us the deserts and coffee for free. Even that was not a good experience. How can you keep customers when you have such rude staff including a manager that does not take care of the customers. How do you seat customers at a table that was used before and did not change the linen?

Excellent dinner during the Christmas season where they have extensive decorations. Was there many years ago and the meal was excellent then as well. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Had dinner here during the Christmas season and the decor was so lovely and festive. Highly recommend getting the calamari to start (not displayed on the menu, but definitely ask for it you won't be disappointed). Save room for dessert!

Beautiful place, the waiters awesome and friendly. Affordable for everyone. The food forget about it. 5 stars.

Mulinos is clearly not the same no longer chestnuts or Christmas carollers. No cheese wheel or soppresata at the table had to ask for bread the butter had a funny taste no olive oil on the table. Appetizers course was tasteless Seafood combo price was not disclosed all elements were individually priced more decoration the substance. Oysters tasted funny ...main course was a disaster pasta was tasteless and meat was subpar ...dessert tasted days old .Everyone but one employee was miserable not what you expect during Christmas or what Mulinos used to be, have gone there many years for Christmas. Will definitely rethinking where to go for the Holidays.
