Basilikos - Skiathos

My partner had the vegetable soup and the veggie balls, I had the mushroom and truffle risotto which they made all vegan upon request. Accomodating staff and nice setting. A bit pricy but definetly worth every single penny!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Took the time to explain how each dish could be made vegan with vegan butter and parmesan. The mushroom and truffle risotto was really tasty, my non-vegan family couldn’t taste a difference

The truffle mushroom risotto was absolutely fantastic, the best meal I had on the island!

We dined at Basilikos on our first day in Skiathos. The creamy mushroom and zucchini pappardelle was delicious and highly recommended. Although I am unsure if the appetizer and dessert were vegan, they were complimentary from the restaurant, which was a nice touch.

The menu offers a few vegetarian options that can be made vegan upon request, like swapping out regular parmesan for vegan in the truffle mushroom risotto. There are also plenty of vegan-friendly starters, such as butter beans and mushrooms.
