However, it is frustrating that they still do not offer a traditional menu, instead requiring customers to scan a QR code and view the menu on their phones. This establishment could have been successful if they prioritized quality. If they wish to continue serving customers, they should lower their prices accordingly. We will not be returning.

Overall, a decent establishment with potential for improvement, but it falls short of being a standout destination in Sisters. To elevate the ski inn taphouse to a higher level, a stronger cocktail program and the expertise of a talented chef may be necessary. A small but impactful upgrade could make this a must-visit spot for future trips to Sisters.

I took my wife to lunch on May 5, 2022. that was my birthday dinner. we asked for a menu and we were told we would have to download it on our phone. the young man who was our waiter has downloaded it for me. my wife and I tried to share the menu back and forth and when he asked us what we wanted, my wife politely asked for a menu. he said they had none. my wife pointed to surrounding tables with other diners who came after us who had menus. he told us in a not nice ton that was technology to use the menus. my wife asked for silence again. then I asked about the check for our so that we would pay and then go. he answered just leave. nasty attitude and customer service! we went down to sister saloon and were warmly welcomed and handed over menus. what a beautiful birthday dinner. excellent eating and our waitress chelley was a pure joy! we've turned thirty dollars to a forty dollar meal. do not eat ski inn taphouse and hotel unless they want to be respected.
