In need of update. Good value as it included cont brekkie. Room was deluxe and wouldnt want std room. Air cond howled all might.

My “stay” started with a broken luggage cart and a rude angry man at the front desk who felt it was okay to yell at a guest (me) after I got injured when the elevator door closed on my arm as I tried to unload my things. There was no functioning light curtain and the door closed hard and had to be forced back open. He was standing in the lobby yelling at me in front of other customers, then followed me upstairs to continue to abuse me in the hallway. Literally scared me to death and threatened to throw me out of the hotel when I told him I would make a complaint. I left first thing in the morning and cancelled the remaining 3 night stay.Post Script: I was contacted by the Hotel Group manager, who was very concerned and wanted to hear the details. He was very apologetic and removed the additional nights charge I had paid for leaving early. He assured me that the hotel was following up to ensure that nothing like this happened in the future, and I really appreciate that kind of accountability.

This motel would have been a stunner 40 years ago however it needs repainting, the room vents need cleaning and the tiles need replacing.The grout is stained and mouldy and the bathroom doors have rot on the inside.However we got a deal for $108 a night which included breakfast which was good value.The grounds and pool look nice and the staff seemed to be friendly.
