Overall, this place has quite a few good food stalls. The chicken rice is delicious and has the old school kind of taste, wrapped in paper wrapping. Yong Tau Foo is also very good, ingredients all kept fresh in fridge and broth flavorful and not salty. The noodle stall, dry meepok serving is generous and packed with ingredients. Laksa is also good with lotsa ingredients. But sometimes the taste is not consistent. Western food stall, chicken chop rice is good. Chicken wings are tasty too but sometimes its too dry. Cai png stall, need to go early before 1pm, or else food runs out fast. Normal variety and taste.
Nice, spaces, cooling environment even in the afternoon. Nice foods variety, and some nice good food options. Also, nets are set all round the food house to prevent birds from flying in and mash up the tables places and steal foods from the customers.
The fish soup bee hoon is better than many in this area, also quite generous in serving size. The mixed vegetable rice is also quite good, like tasty home cooked food. Very comfortable clean environment. Update: The mee goreng is very yummy too. Unfortunately they no longer sell kambing soup due to lack of demand and higher food cost, according to the boss.
Very cooling and clean. Thick and aromatic coffee. Ice milo isnt diluted, thick and tasty! (unlike some other coffee shops). I frequent this coffeeshop now that my auntie moved nearby. The food is generally better than average, with affordable prices. The vendors are also really friendly. Highly recommended!! :D
