As feel welcome by friendly staff especially Aunty Annie..my kids adore this place and staff here..

To whom it may concern, I witnessed a very upsetting incident at your outlet today. 2 young ladies probably no older than 16 yrs of age dropped a sundae and one of your staff, an elderly senior citizen picked it up and cleaned up their mess and i cant remember these 2 girls even thanking her. After cleaning up the mess, one of these girls left their phone on the tray which this aunty threw into your dustbin. Both girls upon discovering one of them lost their hp came back and this poor aunty had to retrieve the phone from your dustbin. This lady whose name is siew lee or siew thee, did all this cleaning up work without even a scowl on her face. I took a pic of your staff without her knowledge and i sincerely hope you commend this lady and also protect your staff from customers Such as these 2 young girls.

First time to be there.i find the Q area very inconvenient all the peoples crowded there and then got to wait at the side for your foot . Don't they have a better way to Steve the customer..Need to improve and manager come down to see for himself .I was there 45 min. The help was very good .I am very happy about her good manners.Thank you Alice .
