Fish Co - Singapore

Was at Fish&Co Waterpoint outlet before Christmas. I should say that food really impress me. It's really a good place for casual dinner and to fulfil your craving for fish and chips. Personally, I felt that the service and food quality have improved alot. For the price that you are paying definitely its value for money. Please be warned that do not over order haha. The portions are pretty huge. Go for the combo with the fried prawns. And they really have delicious tartar sauce. One of the down side is the root beer float. The ice cream is not as great. Also for the tartar sauce, if you are a lover for it, you gotta ask for more as the crew only give you a small portion as not to waste.

Fish and Co. is conveniently located and serves great fish and chips. The ranch/ mayo is so tasty and pairs really well with the fish. Everything was cooked to perfection and nothing was bland. It is also great that it has student promotion so you can save some money if you are holding onto a student card. The only bad thing about my experience here was that there were houseflies around my table. It is quite unsightly and also rather unhygienic. I hope the management can do something about the houseflies around the customer seating area. Other than that, fish and co serves great food and has one of the best student promotions around.

Good lunch deal with 30% discount for starters. Food and service standards is good. Wait for food can be slightly long.

Visited Fish Co Waterway Point outlet with my husband and three year old for lunch earlier back in February. Extensive menu, value for money sets and fresh ingredients — we were already happy enough with all these, but what gave this great experience a cherry on the top was the excellent service rendered to us by staff member Amirah. My little boy was too excited and happy with his kid’s meal, and had gobbled it up too quickly. Unfortunately, one mouthful didn’t go down too well and he choked, before vomiting a few mouthfuls all over himself and the high chair. We asked for assistance as we frantically cleaned him up, and Amirah came over to help, not just with cleaning supplies but also with a glass of warm water for my boy. She was calm, professional and reassuring throughout, helping with a bright smile and telling us it was OK. Such excellent service should not go unnoticed, and I hope Fish Co management can give this young lady the commendation she so rightfully deserves. Five stars for service!

The manager, who I assume was the one in charge, was excellent in serving my table of five. When I mentioned that we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, he generously offered a scoop of ice cream for him as well.
