Spago Dining Room - Singapore

Your food is absolutely delicious. We loved everything we ordered in the menu. From bread to dessert. My personal favorite is the salted caramel soufflé. Can't stop thinking about it. A lot of skill is in all dishes, especially the fish fillet, where the skin is fry in perfection, where the sheds really 3D in texture. Very crispy.

My second trip there and was happy to say that service and food are right up with the best. Had a choice of courts to try with some family members and must say was not disappointed. The seaweed butter was an ingenious way to start on the beautiful bread basket. You can say every dish was prepared with care and as good as they look. For me the Tartare tuna stood like minicons and the iberico pork chop. If you take a short break between the delicious selections and go outside, you will be welcomed by a panoramic view of the gardens of the bay and its surroundings. The service was attentive to a mistake. Reservation of later visits. Thanks for the nice evening!

This was my first time at the top level of MBS and wow what a look. I was early for my reservation and decided to accept an outside seat instead of waiting for my assigned table to be ready inside. It was the right decision. The view was magnificent and the waiting between courts was used to take into the landscape. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food, as the food I have tried so far at MBS was quite disappointing and sub-standard. I would definitely return to try some of the other dishes on the menu, especially their signature dessert, which requires 2 sentences to order it.

Nice view. Beautiful tables in a large room with high ceilings. The views are breathtaking on both sides. The service is immaculate and the food is a good value for money with something for everyone. Recommended. Good for business or personal.

The food and drinks at Spago are absolutely delicious, and the views and ambiance are outstanding. However, I was a bit let down by the service. Located atop the boat, Spago sits behind the pool, offering both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a separate bar area. While you won't get direct city views like at Ce La Vi, the view overlooking the pool is still quite nice. Every dish we tried was tasty, and the prices are reasonable, with a three-course menu priced at $88. My only disappointment was the service; while the staff was friendly, there were times when we had to wait longer than expected for assistance. Despite this, it didn't ruin our evening—I still give it five stars—but the service could use some improvement. Overall, it was a fantastic night and an amazing experience.
