Bruno's Pizzeria Grill - Singapore

One of the best pizza I had was at Grimaldi's in NYC and it simply stole my heart. When I tried Bruno's Pizza it is definitely second best to Grimaldi! I will be back for my pizza's fix! On top of that, I had their bolognese; because it's the simplest food on the menu. I always believe if the most simplest food on the menu taste good then everything else will be even better. My verdict, the bolognese is exceptional!! Hence, I can totally imagine what the rest of the food be. Will I be back? Definitely :

Had a go at their Today's special: Spinach risotto, white holland asparagus, gambas (spanish style garlic shrimps) wrapped with bacon and parmeggiano regiano. Fresh ingredients used and taste was amazing. And I had a truffle pizza to go and a pumpkin soup takeaway. Both my young daughter's favourites. This is one of the few places which serves real truffles (none of the fake truffle oil bullshit you get everywhere else). The truffle shavings are generous and I think $48 is reasonable for a good pizza like this.

Best Italian food on singapore East Coast. Good value. Succulent salmon and a great espresso coffee for desert. Good wine list- recommend the Prosecco.
