Crunchy Aburi Roll one of the nicest I've had. 2. Pi Dan Tofu not a fan of century egg but this... was unique. 3. Chawanmushi this is unlike the regular chawanmushi you have at other jap restaurant, the chef created a special sauce to go with it. They have a wide range of sake. If you're new to sake, just ask the staff and they'll gladly recommend you one that suits your tastebuds. Overall, would definitely return for more!
Awesome chill out place! Contemporary with a dash of traditional design gave a very warm and inviting ambiance! The bosses were very friendly and personalised! We were all caught by surprise when they offered our birthday boy a piece of Japanese ice cream cake after knowing it’s his birthday! Good range of sake and sashimi were fresh! A place to recommend for group gathering after work! :
Great food, great service, great vibes. Had a nice time during my first visit (Aburi Hotate's super sweet! and came back for the Omakase Menu negitoro don is yummy! This place's definitely going to my favourites list. There's an extensive list of drinks and food's good too an izakaya where I actually go have dinner at before drinks!
Wonderful place to chill at with a couple of good friends away from the crowd. Great food and of course it doesn't hurt to have a cute and warm service crew who are totally generous with their servings of sake tasting portions. A rare place where they let you taste first before you order their lovely sakes. It's a place where anyone will feel warmly welcomed. Food, alcohol, relaxing ambience and service. What more to ask for?
I came in for a few drinks but stayed for the food. The boys running it are awesome and guided me through their menu perfectly. By far the best enoki bacon in the city to start then the truffle maguro and crunch aburi is right up there with any roll you can get in Singapore. My friends loved the Hotate and fois gras. Finally, let the guys decide you're drinks. They are very good at what they do.
