Really happy to see young talents in the hawker scene in Singapore. Everything showed great care and consideration to make from the garnishing on the dish to the soup which was flavourful and fragrant as well. Without a doubt will be back and recommend to family and friends as well :

每日限量威威的【超好麵】 ＼ ^o^ ／＼ ^o^ ／＼ ^o^ ／＼ ^o^ ／ 這次米其林推薦34家超值餐廳中，有四家就位於《廈門熟食中心》，【超好麵】就是其中一家 今天很幸運，我剛好是最後的第十碗，再晚一步就吃不到了，整個就是限量賣完就沒了的概念，一個大約兩坪大的攤位只容的下三位工作人員，所以排隊也要有點耐心喔～ 光看這碗麵的配料就讓人食指大動，他們自創「新式」拉面（即新加坡式拉面），結合不同國家的面食特色，如用港式雲吞搭配特制叉燒和日式溫泉蛋，還有一隻用麵條裹住後現炸的蝦，隨麵附上的湯更是一絕，湯裡有很多肉末，應該是製作日式叉燒時所留下的湯汁加以製作而成，叉燒肉灑上大量蔥花，與叉燒肉香味相互輝映，蝦肉上的麵條經過油炸之後又可以嘗到特製麵條的香氣，所有的食材相互結合，最後再把湯一飲而盡……我還可以再吃一碗啊！ 地址：7 Maxwell Road

Excellent gourmet quality noodles! Enjoyed every component of the dish that was clearly prepared with heart and patience. Definitely worth the queue and time. Would definitely recommend to others and return for more! : Thank you for a great dinner.

Worth the wait a bowl of noodles that is passionately put together. Char siew is melt in your mouth tender. Prawns are fresh and crunchy! We are definitely willing to pay more than what they are charging for the quality and effort!
