Noodle Man - Singapore

It was really looking forward to asking for a nudist and pouring. the nudel was well kneaded, but the dishes could be better, including the vegetarian dumplings.

Really good food. fun to see how the noodles are made before you. the veggie steamed dumplings were also amazing! just say that some portions (noodles and fried rice) were a little small. recommend a few portions

Tofu contains a (and is too salty and too fat anyway) “Vegetables” means only a few kohlblatts. that's it. suppe wasn't so good (too much pfeffer.) I also don't get the hype over the noodles.

Although this is not a vegan or vegetarian restaurant, the vegetarian options they have are delicious and it makes it a great place to come when they have a group of all kinds of eaten. the tofu was from this world. I've never been a huge tofu fan and more important was soft tofu never in the question. but this tofu was the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. it is also made in the house! the nudelmann makes the nudels right in front of them and this is also the tasty bites!

Found this gem by chance. It’s a bit old school inside, with lots of photos with the boss aka the noodle maker. It’s a 2-man team but they were fast an efficient. You could watch the boss make the dumplings and noodles in the back. I ordered the zhajiang noodles, fried dumplings and fried tofu and they were excellent!
