Starbucks - Simi Valley

2nd time I had a rude server in this store.I stopped spending so much on coffee but once in a while I will treat myself. I will stop treating myself while shopping so I don't ruin my mood. Worst Starbucks in Simi! I feel bad for the young staff because they actually do a good job but the manager and older staff are the problem. The manager took a personal phone call while my mother was in line waiting to place an order and had to wait for her to finish! I ordered a grande and she gave me a tall

Slow service overpriced coffee just not worth. Unless your just a spoiled BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great employees. Always helpful and nice. Quick service and always happy to serve coffee and snacks. Only wish they had a drive though or parking that was closer.

Great store, great people. Besides coffee, I go there to get coffee grounds for my garden.
