Starbucks - Silverdale

As far as a Starbucks goes… this is a pretty good one.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The two girls I dealt with were rude, condescending and just plain mean girl attitude. I will never return to this

I requested a donation of coffee for a sporting event our swim team, the Pacific Piranhas, hosted last weekend. My request was later than S.B. usually allows. However, the manager was kind enough to overide and provided coffee for the officials and coaches both Saturday and Sunday. Each morning I picked up the coffee carriers, complete with cups, cream, sugar and stir sticks, and was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! Thank you for your generosity!

Took a while to receive an order with no in front of me in line inside. Then I ordered no whip and still received whip on it.

I'm just writing this because Ruby did a fantastic job; she was by herself running the show, she was very diligent and attentive and very kind, she deserves a raise. As for Starbucks itself, we all know what it is and what you get when you walk in. Thanks, Ruby!
