Erika, josh, tati and evan were in the layer and made it a great and comfortable experience!
I ordered a buffalo huh asked if she gave it to me when there was a buffalo huh. I'm home and it was another sandwich. was easy to get a refund, but still.
The quality of the subs we got last night was subpar. I also waited an hour for the sandwiches that the app said would be ready in 15 minutes. admitted, they were busy, but no one has greeted me or asked if I wait for a command. they also did all in person ordering before they completed online orders that had been in the wait for some time. After I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and was ignored, I finally asked one of the employees to review my order. 15 min after that I finally had the sandwiches, but the order was wrong. I asked salat and tomaten on a Portobella cheese steak that if I had checked no salate, tomato, or mushrooms I could see or taste. one of our sandwiches was not even the right type (hook ham and cheese instead of a super sub). this is 2/2 visits where the performance and quality was severely lacking, and the time from the app was so far away.
Service was slow, but they were super busy. (Standing room only during lunchtime Absolutely worth the wait! If I lived closer, I would easily stop in more often.
1/12/22When Jersey Mikes Sub first opened, I guess I should say a few months after they opened, my mom, cousin, and myself were excited to try a new sandwich shop, I hadn't been back there since, and that was a few years ago.We decided it wasn't worth our time dining there between a terrible sandwich and less than par staff. My hubby ate there for the first time last week and said his sandwich was decent in taste, and the staff was friendly; that was the cue I needed to re-try this sub shop.Jersey Mikes isn't super large; I walked in there and thought, Wow, this place is crowded but after counting the people, there were only five other people.I didn't notice any messes on tables or a dirty floor; that's always a bonus; I know their opening time is at 10 am, and I was there around the noon hour, so there was plenty of time to see unkempt tables or messy counters, but I didn't see any of that.Erika was the server that took my order; she was friendly, funny, and chatty. She told me my bread choices, white or whole wheat, and the bread sizes. I chose six-inch on whole wheat.According to Jersey Mikes web page,A mini-sub would feed one person, A standard size sub that would feed two people, and a giant-size sub that would feed three people.Thinking back on that now, I feel it was a little bit of a misrepresentation because the mini looked about 4 inches, and the standard size sandwich looked around 6 inches, and after deciding on a 6-inch tuna, I can't imagine two adults really sharing that; I would think that maybe they would be left a little hungry; for that said, at Subway, there are plenty of times I eat about 5 inches and not the full 6 inches of my sandwich, but I usually have it loaded with a lot of vegetables.Ok, moving on to the sandwich of the hour, which was a 6-inch tuna on wheat bread, she gave me a choice to do it Mike's way, which are certain toppings including oil and vinegar, or create it my way; I chose my way because the vinegar on a tuna sounds atrocious. The toppings I chose were lettuce; I prefer spinach (but I didn't visible see any, so I'm assuming they do not offer that), pickle, onion, and jalapenos.Erika told me about their sub-club and earning points towards free food; all I had to do was enter my phone number; I figured why not, I paid, Erika thanked me, and I left. The first thing I noticed about the sandwich was that the wheat bread was a little more on the dry side; even with the tuna fish (that had mayo) and the juice from the pickle and jalapenos, it was still on the drier side, and the other thing, I feel like the sandwich was a little thin on toppings. I think maybe a little high on price, for what I received, but everything has gone up due to our unfortunate circumstances with on-going Covid.Overall the sandwich was better than my first sandwich with Jersey Mike, not as good as I had hoped, and the employees (at least Erika) will make it easier to return.Die-hard Jersey Mike customers may come after me for my following comment. The tuna fish reminded me of Subway tuna fish, similar in taste and texture and not too bad in flavor.Jersey Mike's location is in The Trails, 11065 Pacific Crest Pl Suite B109, Silverdale, Washington. Next to Mod Pizza.Other businesses within walking distance are DSW, Marshalls, Sleep Number, Home Goods, and many more.I've said before in another review; there is one large parking lot that everyone uses; however, I have never been in that area and have not found a parking spot.*Everyone, please stay safe and be kind to ALL things living
