Marco Polo - Silkeborg

Nice carbonara, ribeye and lambculotte. Really delicious and stylish. Only minus was I could not get a pizza.

The waiter didn't know much Danish. The premises are becoming somewhat run down. The windows facing the street are either punctured or very dirty. Appetizer: Smoked salmon roulade with cream sauce and caviar. It turns out to be a piece of salmon roulade rolled with a cream cream with caviar. A product that is bought ready-made on frost. Not worth the money. Main course: fillet of beef. Fried as I asked for, so they should be praised for that. A lot of oil-filled vegetables as a side dish. Dessert: Tiramisu which didn't taste very good, most likely also bought as ready-made.

Well-fried steaks and pasta dishes. The tiramisu was also quite excellent.
