Nancy and staff are amazing. The Scallops Risotto was delicious! Food is fresh, the restaurant is extremely clean, friendly service and many possibilities. This is my way to the restaurant on the mountain!
Where do begin? Southern Star take-away is a staple in my kitchen. The chorizo mac&cheese, the southwestern pasta, the couscous, well everything is delicious! And the desserts--oh my goodness! Love, love, love.
Dear Southern Star, you are by far the best restaurant in Chattanooga and if I could make time to eat there everyday I would. But please answer one question for me why on Earth would you have mashed potatoes on the menu and not offer gravy to go on them? That's like cake without icing. Once again I think you are a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful staff, but seriously....WHERE IS THE GRAVY?!?! :
