Guadalajara Street Tacos Hotdogs

This restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I ordered the Sonoran dog, and the bun was excellent. Their aqua frescas are quite refreshing as well. The other photo shows the taquito plate, which was also delicious.

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in Sierra Vista. They offer authentic Mexican cuisine along with some delightfully creative and fun menu items. It's like Taco Bell's creativity combined with traditional Mexican cooking techniques. I visited four times in just one week, and I’ve been back many times during my stays in the area. My favorites are the carnitas and birria. The prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and the decor is entertaining. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only drawback for me is the horchata—I find it a bit chalky and it tastes like it comes from a powdered mix.

I just moved to Sierra Vista, and my husband and I decided to stop by this restaurant for some street tacos today. We’re so glad we did! We ordered chicken and carnitas street tacos, a half portion of rice and beans, guacamole with chips and salsa, and horchata. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious—even the rice and beans! I usually find rice and beans to be quite bland and often end up not finishing them, but these were truly enjoyable! I couldn’t finish my meal and even took the rice and beans home for later. The last photo of the tacos highlights their incredible Verde salsa—it’s absolutely mouthwatering! If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly recommend treating yourself. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant!

Guadalajara Street Tacos is the ultimate destination in Sierra Vista for quesabirria tacos. Be sure to also try the shrimp and fish tacos, and don’t miss out on the tried-and-true carne asada tacos. The flavors are always impressive, and the quality is consistently high. Plus, the service is exceptional, especially from Thalia (@thalia.viraldreams on Instagram).

The waitress at this restaurant was the most rude and incompetent person I have ever encountered. Everyone makes mistakes, and that's understandable. However, after a discussion about the incorrect items in my delivery order, she became defensive and refused to correct it. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed the manager wasn't available. When I inquired about the manager's identity, she had no idea. Even when I pointed out the girl in the photo, she still didn't recognize her own name. It was frustrating to deal with a manager without a name who seemed clueless. If you opt for a to-go order, be sure to double-check it before paying, as I wouldn't want to have to figure out how to correct their mistakes or request a refund. There are plenty of other restaurants in Sierra Vista to choose from, and I definitely won't be going back to Guadalajara Street Tacos.
