Przekaż informację zwrotnąAwful... Truly awful. I moved to Sutton Coldfield in mid last year and for my wedding I booked rooms for relatives as it was very close to me. Never again!... and the whole place needs a thorough overhaul from top to bottom. I work for a major transport provider and have spent over 24 years in customer service and I will use this place as a perfect example of how not to treat customers... Yes, that word... CUSTOMERS. Staff were badly trained. Every time ai drive past there are multiple staff taking smoke breaks and rarely is there anyone on reception... And when they are there often refer you to the website to resolve issues they should be able to deal with. I have sent a recent complaint to the company itself about an issue my parents suffered during a paid for breakfast that I simply don't have time or energy to mention here... But nevertheless it has left a lasting scar on them and me that will take some time to heal. Sadly, I also used to enjoy drinking in the White Horse which the chain uses for hospitality, but I will not be using again for the foreseeable future due to the above. Premier Inn remember you need customers to succeed. They are the reason you exist and they are prepared to put up with a lot... But you can go too far. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 5

A few things that made this visit 2 stars. 1. Fire Alarm going off at 5.30am 2. Shower pressure pulsating, so cold then scalding hot. 3. Adjoining restaurant is not good. I'm a vegetarian so I set my expectations low. But for a Grill you'd expect to get the basics right such as chips and onion rings. The chips looked like they were cooked 2 days ago, stale, grey and dry. Not hot. The onion rings were hot, but like they had been cooked in a microwave as they were soft. Not crispy at all. I ordered a veggie flat bread and it just wasn't what I'd call a full meal. There wasn't much veg and it didn't feel fresh. Topped off with lashings of peri sauce to make up for lack of flavour I assume. There are home made signs everywhere instructing customers what they can and can't do. You can't take food or drink back to the room and most the tables in the restaurant were reserved. The vending machine was well stocked but half the options had a fault. I ended up going to Tesco next door for some snacks to make up for a rubbish meal. The room itself is OK. Better than some premier inns I've been to recently. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3
It's a pretty basic premier inn. The heating in the room was old so it was either freezing when off or too hot when on, so not a great night sleep. Staff were all friendly and accommodating though. Poached eggs at breakfast cooked perfectly. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3
I would give 5* if it wasn't for 2 things. 1. The shower. It's a great shower if you want to wash everything, i.e... hair and body, but if you only want to wash your body, then the shower head is not adjustable, nor is there a shower cap. 2. Every time every room I've stayed in, there is a flickering light in the bathroom. That said, i would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms: Great size, clean and warm.
