Yum Yum Dessert - Shreveport

The staff saw us when we entered but didn’t acknowledge us at all. Instead, they tried to move us aside to take the orders of two people who came in after us. Those customers weren’t even called; they just placed their orders, paid, and received their ice cream while we waited. When it was finally our turn to order, we felt rushed, and the staff member even rolled their eyes and sighed. We waited about 20-30 minutes for two ice creams, all while surrounded by six other people in the cramped, warm space. Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't worth the wait—it was watery, broken, and quite bland. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

There is no place like yumyum! I live 2 hours away and am so addicted that I drove 2 hours to shreveport to get this ice! there is no other place like him I've ever seen! the owners are who work there and make it for u! I take a picture to the next time I run over! will soon burn!

I was on 6/12 at 15 o'clock. I was not greeted when I entered. I saw a young lady dressed in uniform, and a young man with an orange hemd and they both went in the back as if they were coming here to serve me ice cream and when I waited to be served, the young lady looked at me a side window and said no word. After waiting, my friend who came after me, asked me to go somewhere and to fo, because the personal did not show any motivation to help us or serve us. at least is the expectation that all guests will be presented with a friendly greeting. we have no hi, hello, how can I help you, nothing. very disappointing.

We were very happy with our visit to yumyum. we have on the way to home to east tx. each of us had something different and we have loved all 5 of them. I had the cheesecake scrap, my man got the banane, a child had cookies and looked, one had the dead through chocolate, and the other had strawberry mango. the owner was very nice and the employees were also. the children and I loved watching it during the production. very cool.

This place is fantastic! I wish I could rate it even higher.
