Frank's Pizza Napoletana - Shreveport

Great alternative to other pizza places (Flying Heart, etc). Crust ended up being a little soft, so if you like a crispier crust, ask for it well-done.

I started with the golden beet bruschetta, which was absolutely delicious. For my main course, I had the stuffed mushrooms. While the stuffing was a bit on the mushy side, it was still quite tasty. The waiter was friendly, and the overall service was attentive and fairly quick. What stood out the most about this restaurant was its genuine Italian wine selection. I found the prices a bit steep, but they offered Aglianico, the oldest wine from the Naples region, and the restaurant prides itself on being authentically Neapolitan. This is my favorite wine, and it's hard to come across on menus, so that was a real treat. With great food, excellent service, and wonderful wine, it truly embodies the Italian experience. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Italian cuisine.

Man where do I begin.....This place/ pizza is arguably the BEST pizza I've ever had in my life. I will forever be grateful for this place, as they accommodated my coworkers and I nicely for my go away party. Tells you how much this place meant to me if I chose it for my last supper in Shreveport. But I am one who loves food and will rate it based on what my taste buds signal to my brain. But I can assure you whenever I visit the Shreveport/ Bossier City area again I will be back for this pizza.

I mean... it's Frank's mf Pizza what's not to love!!! Some people be hating on me since I always have this joint on a monthly rotation but it really does make a girl happy w the quality and service every single time. I'm a simple hoe that almost always gets the Pig Fig, what a concept. Everyone who I recommended it was wowed by that strange combo. It's like a charcoochie board in ya mouth when you know what you're doing. Their Shrimpin' Aint Easy (lolol) was also fire when it was in season. Now, they have Too Duckin' Good and boyyy does that live up to its name!! I've also tried their calamari which shmacccks too. Can't go wrong w a lot of options tbh.

Josh is a great server and bartender. The food here never disappoints. We were lucky to get the mussels Josh skillfully suggested. Love this patio. It is our stand ing Saturday noon traction. Love it! Merci Josh and Frank Harris!
