Whataburger - Shreveport

Worst whataburger in Shreveport Bossier. Absolutely no reason to be in the drive for over 30 minutes! I'm an RN, just 30 minutes for lunch, so guess what... no lunch for me today. Thank you.

Shout out to the manager who took our order when the inside was closed and we couldn't use the drive thru because we were in a diesel!!! Best whataburger we've had in a while. Hot and fresh

Just let this place me and my husband for one burger and had to wait in the line for 20 minutes. When we get the burger it was cold. This place seriously needs to look into management and the staff needs to have better attitudes when dealing with customers Or atleast pretend to have a smile on your face when serving. This is a a horrible look for the pines road area, and may I add it?s not just this location. So don?t feel too bad.

Wonderful lunch stop! The meal was delicious, bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and quick to get us our order. The seating area is quite nice and was not too crowded. Whataburger is such a treat, they don?t have them where we live!

I'm from Michigan and we don't have a whataburger. In the past I've head many people claim that they surpass all the other main fast food restaurants. My personal verdict is that their over McDonald's in terms of quality. It might also be that because it's not in my region the hype factor bar is high?
