Whataburger - Shreveport

This review is about the Whataburger on Airline Drive in Bossier City. The food is good, but be prepared to check your order each time. This morning, the restaurant seemed dark, and no one answered at the drive-thru. We saw a woman inside who confirmed they were open, but when we asked why no one came to the window after waiting ten minutes, the young lady falsely claimed we had left. After waiting without any communication, it became frustrating. I’ve had my order messed up six times here. I even called corporate to complain, but they had no record of my issue. As of March 4, 2022, service is still slow, and the food often isn’t correct. I think I’ll have to go to the North Market/Jewella location instead.

I ordered the pancake breakfast, but I didn't think it was worth the price. While the pancakes were delicious, and the sausages and hashbrowns were good, there were no eggs included. It just doesn't feel like a proper breakfast without eggs.

I tried the drive-thru and initially had a smooth experience as I pulled up to the order kiosk and placed my order quickly. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. The line moved at a snail's pace, and then I was directed to move my car forward, but the car in front of me blocked the way. The vehicle at the window took quite a long time before attempting to move on, and the next car in line was also delayed even longer before receiving their food. At that point, I felt like I’d be stuck there until at least 6:00 PM, so I decided to leave, convinced that my order would likely be incorrect or cold. I finally made my escape before 6:00, just as the car behind me did. The overall incompetence of the service was disappointing, and it took nearly 20 minutes without any updates on how long it would take. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

Quick to respond in the drive through. Order was correct, and hot. Little slow, but to be expected nowadays at a fast food restaurant. Especially for one that is normally slow like Whataburger. Overall a good experience for a Whataburger.
