Country Tavern Barbecue, LLC

This was excellent barbeque! I wanted something different than my SC pulled pork in mustard sauce. I was very pleased. I had the brisket and sausage. The sausage had a nice smoky flavor. The brisket was tender and perfectly smoked. Even the baked beans had a good smoky flavor. I recommend this place highly! Next time back, I'll try their turkey. I hear from the locals that it is very good also.

After the skepticism of even going into a place we've never been I would say I'm glad we tried this place out. If your ever in there neighborhood it would be worth your time to go in. Great food, nice atmosphere, very attentive server I enjoyed the experience. We will be back.

Country Tavern has the best steaks, ribs, heck all their food is best in the S'port, Bossier City area. My Wife (Kathryn) and I always enjoy eating at this establishment. Their food is always consistently great, it is always clean and their waiting Staff is very professional, cordial and friendly. I recommend Country Tavern to all my friends. We usually have a Ms Tiffany Van Daele as our Waitress and She is top notch in our book and opinion.

To keep this as short as possible Country Tavern is the most consistent, good bar b q and great steak house in town! I love their steaks, but sometimes try to find something on the menu I won't like. So far, I've been a failure! The food, salad and appraisers will tease and please! A to go box is not a rare sight as portions are generous! Treat yourself but come hungry!

I'm 52 and 275lbs. I've made a lot of brisket in my life and ate a lot of brisket in my life and this tonight was absulutely the best I've ever had.
