サスケ（sasuke） - Shizuoka

日曜の昼前に到着、すぐに座れました。 だいたい魂心家の下ぐらいです。 店舗は地下にあります、入ってすぐ右の食券機で購入します。 特製鶏塩ラーメンを注文、味は素材感じるあっさり系で各トッピングも一つ一つが美味しく全体のバランスもよく分類的には意識高い系のラーメンです。 お値段は1,050円と高級ですが立地も考えると仕方ないかなとも思う。 これなら郊外で200円値下げしたほうが流行りそう。

I visited Sasuke in the Konoya-cho underground shopping street in Shizuoka city after 1pm on a weekday, and there was a continuous flow of customers. As soon as you enter, you choose your order at the ticket machine on the right. I chose the special soy sauce ramen and dumplings. When I sat down, they asked if I wanted the thin straight noodles or curly noodles, and I chose the straight noodles that day. Soon after, a male customer arrived, followed by another male customer about 5 minutes later. Even though my companion and I ordered two bowls of ramen and dumplings, our order came after the two customers who arrived later. Maybe it was because we ordered dumplings? or maybe because I asked for a large portion? I was a little disappointed, but the taste was really delicious. The soup was light and tasty, the noodles were served slightly firm and softened just right as you ate. The toppings included flavored egg, chashu, and seaweed, all of my favorites. Especially the chashu was tender and incredibly delicious. The price of 1050 yen including tax seemed a bit high for ramen, but I wanted to come back just for that chashu.

This popular restaurant is also found in Kakegawa. It operates on a ticket system, but PayPay is accepted as payment. The interior is like a cafe with stylish music playing. I chose the Yuzu salt ramen with firm noodles. The thin noodles with Yuzu salt were refreshing, but the soup was rich and hot due to the oil. It was disappointing that the noodles became soft towards the end.

The best soy sauce ramen in Shizuoka! The chicken soup is really delicious. Great job!
