Sebby's Pub and Grill - Sherbrooke

We have eaten at Sebby's a few times and it was always good, with good service. I like the patio with a couple of friends but we have been big gangs to eat here too and they were able to accommodate us well.

The Beer was cold, service was poor the place was empty and we were only asked if we needed anything when I asked for the bill. The food was ok, burgers over cooked and dry, shrimp plate was meh....but the beer was cold! : ..I liked the place, it just needs some tweaking re service and food quality...did I mention that the beer was cold? :

Sebby's is a small pub which offers good food cold beer. You can sit inside with the sports channel on or eat on the outside terrace. They offer great club sandwiches, ribs and BBQ chicken. Shrimp specials are always good if you like garlic....They also offer a number of appetizers if you want to share with friends while waiting for your food (service is quick). They have an extensive menu but I would stay with what they do best.

I'm usually quite easy to go, but that was the hands down the worst culinary experience I had. we thought of drinks and appetizers....we couldn't stop for a meal! we have ordered wings and nachos...hard to make them wrong. when the order came up, we have the...Wachsin said to the chef “Don’t put on much cheese”. with it she took the job and brought him to the table. the nachos had very little cheese and the wings were so over boiled that they were brittle. the waitress never came back to ask how we did, so I finally called her and told her about the wings. their answer was to say that they had a client who told them the same thing. she was kind, but didn't do anything, and the chef said in a ground that it doesn't matter. the best to avoid this place.

Short walk from the motel. large menu selection. great tap beer. eating was very good. very short staff for a sat. evening. but the owner came to help.
