I visited the restaurant located down the street that has parking. It belongs to the same chain. I ordered the traditional poutine and it was delicious. I didn't experience any negative effects. Since I can speak some French, I was able to communicate that I have an allergy and confirm that nothing besides fries is fried in the fryers. They marked my dish as gluten-free. I also heard them announce it in French, which made me feel more reassured.

Freshly immigrated to the quebec, we were recommended to rent to discover the famous poutine. It was an excellent discovery for our little family.

For the best fries in town, hamburger meat no.1 and many other menus, also succulent. Quick service, and friendly.
