I drank a full glass after the staff had resurrected me, but it was tasted like alcohol, so we asked to see the bottle used and it was right there. that's like someone's saying after he asked if there are no nuts in a meal and then they're nuts and there's an allergic reaction, but worse. I don't think they understand the cost of this mistake. this is unacceptable and if I had drunk the entire pitcher alot, it could have been a jepordy and even now, I'm triggered and sad and endangered. the manager offered to pay for our meal which was friendly, but this error is irreversible and no free meal would be for the fact that she served me alcohol. please educate her personal if your menu does not show any alcohol, as it is not always the case. or simply take the two seconds to see if they are not safe and do not accept unintentionally. please take them to ensure that this is not happening again and is sensitive that mistakes like these could ruin the life of a human being. it is serious to take. we left the restorer and gave it in the night without eating, I just spent the night crying in my hotel because there are no places open that had rooms.
Find this place over the internet. not to realize that it was a church earlier. the atmosphere, the service and the eating were lovely. very interesting menu and good quality. the perfect place to slow down and regenerate. Plus, plus
We are a group of we are well dressed and we presented ourselves at the time of the reservation. the waiter has skipped our drink order. we wait minutes and I asked to have someone who serves our section of the table. she answered “la...serveuse viendra quand elle auras la chance” with a respectful ton. (I am fully bilingual). pass and some people of our group get their food. I haven't asked my drinks order yet, so please wait to order. she takes our order (we were without our drinks) and afterwards serves us for about minutes. the waiters come back with meal times, they were confused and had cloged the meal times. the waiter personally brought me my meal, the burger was good and the caesar salad I asked for tasteful mad (expected).
I am a sucker for unique atmospheres in a restaurant, but when it connects with great food, I am a super fan because we were on the road between vacation destinations, we arrived just as they opened. we were the only ones there for a bit. but we were somehow happy about how this allowed us to roam and make photos of this great place. yes, it is an old church, and they play (but discreet) push their modern and chic decoration with devilish touches, but I am not sure why someone who would come from this kind of thing insulted and check anyway. what a great time it must be when they have live music - such a cool place. the food: in our party we had the beef cakes, pork and bloodworstpoutine and the mac and kesepoutine. everything came quite timely and with a smile from the waitress. we are all very satisfied! the only small critique I could come up with was that the parking situation was a bit confusing despite the signs. a great place for a special night!
If you have any kind of BBQ skills and know how to buy quality ground beef, this burger is not going to rock your world, but it is very good. Many people told us the restaurant was overpriced, but you aren't really there for an...out-of-world eating experience, rather it's for the atmosphere and a good burger. You will be eating in a re-purposed catholic church with good beer on tap and (the night we went there) a live DJ. We were a table of Gen-Xers, so not sure the vibe was really for us (seemed for much younger), but it was enjoyable. Go for the vibe, have a good beer and a very good hamburger and don't compare the experience to McDonalds!
